SeaPort-e: Quality Assurance/Quality Control:

Linxx is dedicated to expanding its role as a leader in providing quality services and products to the U.S. Navy. Linxx uses a QA process that includes planning, controlling, assessing, reporting, and improving activities. This program encourages all Linxx personnel to report their observations on:

• Performance areas that they believe can be streamlined to provide for a more efficient learning process for students.
• Newly identified training for instructors that would result in greater expected training performance of Linxx instructor personnel.
• Revisions to procedures that would result in increased student mastery of subject materials.
• Training procedures that may result in savings to the client while maintaining the highest quality of instruction.

Linxx supervisory personnel are required to review any such recommendation submitted to them by an employee, and comment on the efficacy of the observation/recommendation. The recommendation is then forwarded to the client point of contact and to the Linxx Program Manager for evaluation and action.

Additionally, all customer feedback such as quality surveys and student critiques will be closely scrutinized for recommendations that may be beneficial to the contract and the Navy as a whole. Customer observations and comments will be processed in a manner similar to that used for internal comments.
